This place is the best bakery we have ever been to. Absolutely delicious, and you can taste the quality in everything!! Everything is Gluten Free, and made fresh in house! The owners and staff are incredibly kind! Makes me wish we lived here!
The gluten free waffle cones are frankly better than regular ones. The cakes and cookies are moist and flavorful. You won't even notice that the pies are gluten free.
This place is an absolute gem! Nothing here tastes gluten free. The textures are perfect and the flavors will blow your blind. They have something for everyone, whether you're into sweet or savory. If it looks good, try it. The pie crust here is the best I have ever tasted. If you like donut holes you have to try the Duffins. And the bacon cheddar jalapeno pinwheel is my favorite thing when I'm late for work and need a quick breakfast. If you're not local it is absolutely worth the drive out here to try some of the best gluten free baking you will ever taste!
As both a retail and wholesale customer of 5b's Bakery, we've always been very happy with the products and the service! You don't have to be a celiac to enjoy the delicious baked goods but you can rest easy knowing everything is safe if you are.

I just had the best quiche I have ever tasted! It was so light and fluffy. It was also the first time I have had a salmon quiche and I want another piece already! The chef smokes his own salmon here and it is all natural. Dee-licious. The place is so cute and comfortable. I love to sit in the outdoor patio area but the inside is cute as well.
