Our mail carrier is rude, won't get out of the car for my 81 year old mother who just had open heart surgery. She says she does not have to because of our dog, which is a super friendly beagle. She just honks her horn and if my mom does not get out fast enough, she leaves. This has been happening since before Christmas. Living in a small community, it is shocking to see someone so uncaring when everyone else looks out for their neighbor.
The postmaster and all of the workers here have always been so helpful to me. I left town for six months and my PO box was 3 months overdue and they had held my mail for me. Best staff of any office I've visited.
